Managing Director
David is the Managing Director, having come into the financial services industry as a second career in 1999. Since then, David has worked as a tied agent, an IFA and now as an authorised representative.
A lifelong and loyal supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC, David’s other hobbies include tennis and padel, cinema and laying by a pool in the shade. He also loves backgammon and at one time was world-ranked. In addition to this, David enjoys relaxing with his friends and family, but for him few things can match the feeling of successfully closing a good deal for a client.
David is dedicated to his work in a way that others are not; he has good relationships with many of the lenders and believes that while the mortgage market is certainly challenging, it remains a key element of any financial planning conversation.

Bianca is a director and the practice manager, but before any of this, she is David’s wife, and the mother of their 3 girls. Having started her career as a Company Secretary in the City, she has wide experience working with a range of companies improving organisation and governance.
Bianca is an avid reader and loves music and the theatre. When not working, or spending time with family and friends, Bianca can be found feet up with a book. She is hardworking, organised and extremely meticulous in the work she produces. Working with her husband has taught Bianca the true meaning of teamwork and collaboration and she loves the quality time they spend together both in the home and in the office.

Vicky is a mortgage administrator and David’s right hand man. She began work in the City and then a stay at home mum raising her 2 children. Vicky has the compassion, dedication and understanding required to engage with anyone and everyone.
Being a qualified personal trainer, health and wellbeing is incredibly important to Vicky. She remains active every day, both by going to the gym and by running around after her husband and children. As someone who has run the London Marathon twice and successfully completed 3 Olympic triathlons, her diligence and commitment is evident in the work she does.
